Mike Keough, Partner, joined Headlands Capital in 2021 and leads the firm’s Business Development and Investor Relations functions. Mr. Keough also assists in the origination of secondary market transactions. Mike has more than 20 years of experience working in senior roles, directly with institutional asset owners, allocators and consultants. Prior to joining Headlands, Mr. Keough was a Managing Director at DWS (formerly Deutsche Asset Management), where he served as Head of the Core Institutional Client Group. He raised capital from institutional investors and actively participated in investment strategy formulation and product development. Mr. Keough has worked in client-facing roles for Siguler Guff/BNYM, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and INVESCO. He began his career as an Analyst at SEI and a Marketing Associate at The Capital Group. Michael received a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
