Tyler Manco, Senior Associate, joined Headlands Capital in 2022 and is a member of the secondary investment team. Prior to joining Headlands Capital, Mr. Manco was an Associate Director on the secondaries advisory team within the Private Funds Group at UBS. In this role, he was responsible for advising clients on more than $1.5 billion in global secondary market transactions, including LP sale portfolios, GP-led continuation funds and Real Estate Private Capital. Before joining UBS, Mr. Manco was an officer in the United States Navy, serving primarily as a Naval Aviator and in Naval Intelligence. Mr. Manco holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
