Greg Giovannoli, Senior Associate, joined Headlands Capital in 2021 and works on the Headlands Capital Secondary Program. Prior to joining Headlands, Mr. Giovannoli was an Associate on the secondaries team at Commonfund, a $25 billion asset management firm. In this role, he was responsible for pricing and due diligence of LP and GP-led secondary transactions and co-investments across numerous strategies and sectors representing in excess of $5 billion of transaction value. Mr. Giovannoli developed and actively maintained relationships with secondary brokerage firms. He was also involved in fundraisings for over $1 billion in aggregate capital raised. Mr. Giovannoli holds a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
